Queste unità possono essere classificate in 4 gamme, dai modelli impilabili, da banco, orizzontali ai modelli a doppio strato. Tutti gli incubatori di agitazione sono dotati di rilevamento a microprocessore, impostazione e controllo PID di temperatura e velocità di agitazione all'avanguardia. Ciò consente il massimo:
Precisione
La temperatura impostata si riflette accuratamente nella temperatura effettiva all'interno dell'incubatrice. Se si discosta dal setpoint, l'energia al riscaldatore viene regolata con precisione per riportare la temperatura effettiva al setpoint senza superamento.
Uniformità
L'uniformità della temperatura è ottenuta dalla circolazione dell'aria forzata 3D. Un ventilatore muove continuamente l'aria attraverso l'incubatrice per creare condizioni omogenee.
Affidabilità
Le incubatrici con agitazione vengono generalmente lasciate accese per lunghi periodi di tempo. Il microprocessore assicura che la temperatura effettiva rimanga stabile, anche al variare della temperatura ambiente. Il motore AC brushless garantisce un movimento di scuotimento stabile per il funzionamento a lungo termine, senza manutenzione.
